Option 1: Spanish slow roasted lamb with a tomato based dressing, served with olive oil, bread and roasted new potatoes.

Option 2: Balearic chicken - tender pieces of chicken, sauteed with chorizo, pepper and garlic in a tomato and paprika sauce, served with rice and bread.

Option 3: Roast aubergine, beef tomato and mozzerella, pan-seared and layered, served with a pesto sauce.
